Using New Outlook on Windows for academic communication and scheduling
I am having the same problem. Last week I was using my email and I could not open, download or print attachments then it suddenly logged me out and I was unable to log back in. Now, My email is not actually through Outlook, it is through GoDaddy which is powered by Microsoft 365 so it was a huge pain to get logged back in as I had to create a Microsoft Authentication App Account. Now I get logged out every night and have to use the app to put in a code to log back in. I am also having the problem where some attachments open and some don't, also having the problem where I try and attach files to an email and it won't work so I refresh my browser and I get stuck at the Outlook loading screen. It makes it very hard to do my job when my email account only works maybe half the time. This problem needs to be resolved ASAP!
