I see the first page is from April, 2024, which is when the sign-out bug started with my corporate account. I have power automate run a daily script to check my planner tasks then automatically post to teams, but that last step (posting to teams) requires my account to be signed into teams -- the point which this bug affects. This sign-out bug has had a significant impact on my daily work life. I have tried to work with my corporate IT department, who tried to fix this through the authenticator app, however, that has not fixed the sign-out bug. Every day I am signed out of my internet tabs (viva engage, planner, power automate and sharepoint), outlook email, and teams. I can sign-in to outlook email by double clicking that "needs password" box in the bottom right corner of the app. I can sign-in to teams by clicking "sign-in" near the top, which is annoying, because it affects my daily meetings -- I have missed a few meetings because of that, having to apologize to my managers for my absence. I can avoid the sign-in to my internet tabs by signing in to outlook by double clicking that "needs password" box, then clicking the back arrow on the internet tab to refresh the page. This takes time out of my day, just to sign into microsoft, and my scripts are broken because of the sign-out bug. It has been six (6) months since this issue was first reported and nothing has been done to rectify this issue. I have tried to manually sign out of my corporate account at the end of the day, but the sign-out bug persists and notification messages still are not posted to teams. Why can't microsoft just roll back the systems to April, 2024 before this mess? It worked just fine for four years, when i set up the power automate scripts, prior to that point in time this year. At this point I do not think this sign-out bug will ever get resolved, unfortunately.
