Outlook keeps logging me out every day (both on phone and laptop).

It keeps making me log back in (via the number confirmation system) which is annoying because I have to have my phone on hand at all times to confirm my laptop, and I have to actively check outlook every day just to make sure I haven't missed any emails due to outlook randomly logging me out. Is there a way to bypass this? It's getting very frustrating to deal with.

Their answer about clearing cache and is just their BS answer because they don't care enough to look into the real problem. I've already reported that this issue happened on a brand new machine, on a brand new browser in incognito mode. It started happening within the first day. They have a bug somewhere and they couldn't care less because if it effects only a portion of their customers then it doesn't matter because we're just number and money to them. They understand that they create lock-in where it become difficult for a company to switch services after getting integrated to their platform. Once you're onboard the quality of their service goes down fast.

The lack of anyone from Microsoft addressing this issue speaks volumes. We've been slowly setting up our parallel systems on GSuite and will switch the DNS over once we think we have it setup right. I can't wait to purge myself from this platform forever.

Mine was fixed once we got an MS tech to take a look at the issue. I pointed them to this thread and said we are going through this and it is not our computers and stopped happening a few weeks ago now.

I'd try to get someone on the phone at MS tech support and do something similar. Open up a ticket and try to speak with someone.

Good thing they don't build cars. Lotus and WordPerfect from 30 years ago were better products than the junk they throw at us today. Full of bugs. Apparently MS can't afford to do Beta testing. Cheaper to do it on the clients bill.

This issue still persists and it's driving me crazy. It's happening across ALL microsoft software on my Desktop.
No matter if outlook, toDo, Xbox App.

I reinstalled everything new, logged out everywhere and logged in and it still is an issue. I am really at the point where I don't want to use any microsoft service anymore since years of trouble with the office suite...

Exact same issue, started about a month ago (Mid May) I have numerous accounts on my Outlook (Software not Browser based)
My Gmail accounts all work fine
My microsoft 365 Based email works fine
NONE of my emails that are hosted on any of my domains work without them logging out every single night.

These are business accounts and I have to sit for 15 minutes every morning re entering passwords for each account in turn.

Seriously considering using Thunderbird as Microsoft obviously cant write decent software that actually works.

Why has this not been fixed and where are the responses from Microsoft that arent BS clear your cache and turn it off and on again????
