Outlook keeps logging me out every day (both on phone and laptop).

It keeps making me log back in (via the number confirmation system) which is annoying because I have to have my phone on hand at all times to confirm my laptop, and I have to actively check outlook every day just to make sure I haven't missed any emails due to outlook randomly logging me out. Is there a way to bypass this? It's getting very frustrating to deal with.

I have the same exact issue, it just started happening last week. Logged out multiple times per day, once while composing an email. It's happening to everyone else on my team as well. We are considering moving to Google.

Microsoft can't fix this problem after a month then what is the point of even trying to use the platform. I waste so much time logging in multiple times a day that it has now laterally become the most annoying and wasteful part of my entire work day. The fact that there has been nothing but crickets on this from Microsoft speaks volumes. It's time to switch our company back to Google and make a note for future self the reason so I don't make this stupid mistake of switching again in the future. I fell for the grass is greened in Microsoft land and I've been regretting it ever since.

I use the web version of Outlook and it's very frustrating having to login constantly and not being able to see if I've received new emails.

Last week I couldn't download any attachments - I had to forward them to my personal GMAIL!

    Hi vaiiev,

    Good day.

Thank you for posting to the Microsoft Community. We are glad to assist.

May I know what version of Outlook you have? What version of Outlook do I have? - Microsoft Support

One possible reason for this could be that your account settings require a daily login for security purposes so please check with your admin. However, there are a few things you can try to resolve this issue:

    1. Check your account settings: Go to the Outlook settings and check if there is an option to keep you signed in. If there is, enable it and see if it resolves the issue.
    2. Clear your browser cache: Sometimes, clearing your browser cache can help resolve login issues. Try clearing your cache and see if it helps.
    3. Check your internet connection: Ensure that your internet connection is stable and strong. A weak or unstable connection can cause login issues.
    4. Check this article Outlook continually prompts for password when connecting to Microsoft 365 - Outlook | Microsoft Learn.

Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions or concerns. I look forward to hearing from you.

Please understand that our initial response may not always resolve the issue immediately. However, with your help and more detailed information, we can work together to find a solution.

    Best regards,
