Dear MS, If you wish to replace an application (developed over 20+ years) then make it functionally equivalent.

Until then don't bother with trying to push the <removed> that is the new Outlook onto people to test.

Why did you change the calendar printing function? I need to print my work week calendar on a single page in landscape format. I did this for years and it was perfect. There were nice gridlines marking the half hours. It was easy to read and required no formatting. Now you expanded the simple weekly calendar onto two pages. Please restore the previous function! I'm frustrated, this is beyond ridiculous. Microsoft even broke on the previous version of Outlook calendar printing, so I guess I won't be printing my calendar anymore. Life is difficult enough without one's work software ceasing to perform basic functions reliably the way it used to.

IMHO, the biggest issue is that the new Outlook no longer seems to cache ANY data. If you want to sort where newest messages are at the bottom, you will be scrolling forever to get there. There are more issues that this, but this one to me is the deal breaker. If you have any volume of messages saved, it is unusable. This version is a major step backwards, it is unfathomable Microsoft has presented this to customers as an enhancement.

To pile on the wagon, I absolutely agree. the 'shortcuts' to word, excel, send you to the web apps. To-Do is the same, and non-functional in app. But the absolute deal breaker is that from word or excel, you cannot 'send a copy' - the functionality is totally broken. Please do not discontinue the real outlook application anytime soon - I'd rather swap to thunderbird than to deal with this in its current state.

FYI, I would hold off installing Windows 11 if you have not done so. That's a whole different set of issues.
