New Outlook - Completely Sucks

Still the same...
Today's gripes:

• Can't Find other emails in this conversation (I can do this only in my "Outlook Live" account but not my work email or primary home email). Used to be able to do it in several ways.
• Meeting and Event reminders pop up in 3 or 4 different ways. I especially love the one that I set as a reminder two days in advance. My choice is to Snooze it for 5 or 10 minutes or dismiss it. ****? This has to be a joke from a disgruntled group of Microsoft employees in some forgotten department. Fair enough. You've had your fun. Now give us a functional tool so we can function in our jobs.
• Unable to group email accounts or inboxes. I have to check or search each one individually. Fun fun.

Many of us were masters at using outlook and used it to manage so much of our work. Now it's like breathing through a coffee stir-stick. Everything is difficult and slows us down. As one who works on contract it is literally costing me money. For those that are hourly employees... it's costing their employer money. Who knows, perhaps the $millions lost due to MS tinkering, and use of customer base as testers in their core development program, is somehow recaptured by evil shareholders. I almost hope so. To think it's just a complete waste with no purpose is just sad.

Ok, I'm not alone. I only need the functionality like outlook express has to make my work emails work as one and my personal emails work as one too. Outlook express is the only email I know that we can do that. Anyone know any email software that does that in case microsoft decides to completely dissalow us to use their best email software?

There are a lot of basic features that are missing from the new Outlook. For example the scrolling calendar; not be able to see the end of a month at the same time as the beginning of the next makes scheduling around this time more difficult than it needs to be (especially since it's on old Outlook). Setting up clickable checkboxes on old outlook works great, but that feature isn't on the new Outlook. Saving a template email doesn't seem possible on new outlook but was on old.

We have a New Outlook, and spellcheck doesn't work AGAIN!!!!! What is it with Microsoft? Every web based e-mail interface does spell check. So now we are paying Microsoft monthly or yearly to use the subscription model for O365 or M365 (BTW stop changing the name all the time) for office products, and the Outlook app always comes up with spell check turned off. Why would you have spellcheck turned off as a DEFAULT setting? In what world does that make sense?

In addition Microsoft changed the interface yet again and moved everything. So previously posted help messages trying to describe how to turn on spell check are out of date again.

Microsoft, pay attention to your feedback for a change. You are heading for a fall.
