Dear MS, If you wish to replace an application (developed over 20+ years) then make it functionally equivalent.

Until then don't bother with trying to push the <removed> that is the new Outlook onto people to test.

Agree - I absolutely hate it. I don't mind the new Teams but the new Outlook - how could you make it worse than before? 🤦‍♀️

same here, why would i want to open a browser to use my tasks which previously displayed in a box within outlook. Also i use notes and new outlook makes them a useless folder that can only sort by date. Absolute garbage, here is a tip, when upgrading don't take stuff away, make it more seamless and usefull, ToDo function being browser based when we specifically want to use an app is a fantastic way to push your customers away.

FYI, I would hold off installing Windows 11 if you have not done so. That's a whole different set of issues.

To pile on the wagon, I absolutely agree. the 'shortcuts' to word, excel, send you to the web apps. To-Do is the same, and non-functional in app. But the absolute deal breaker is that from word or excel, you cannot 'send a copy' - the functionality is totally broken. Please do not discontinue the real outlook application anytime soon - I'd rather swap to thunderbird than to deal with this in its current state.
