New Outlook - Completely Sucks

You forgot forcing you to open a M$ account just to set up the new computer you bought. They want total control over you and everything that you do. I long for the good old days when you bought a computer with an OS installed or purchased an OS and ready for this? You actually owned it and didnt have to register or open and account with anyone!

Windows, Office sucks these days as does anything put out by M$.

I don't know why so many people are complaining about this.

This is the way M$ do things - they force you down their path for $$ so they can mine your emails (from ALL email accounts) for revenue.

Yes, ALL your email accounts, even the ones not related to M$ (Outlook, etc.) will be stored with M$ in the cloud so they can make more $$ from you.....

Forcing people to use cloud email storage is the best way to do it....

Eventually they'll EOL on local Outlook/Mail (good bye to local POP3/IMAP support), and most people will be like....hmmm, oh well...we trust M$ :P and the few %'s will just leave, yet the $$ they'll make with the remainder justifies the move.

You are a gazillion dollar company why can't you get people to test drive this and not have to put out a **** product and then have us "your paying customers" help you to fix all the issues.

I but a car I dont want a POS where I have to constantly get in contact with the manufacture and make suggestions for them to make my car better I want a damn good car to start with!

My generation created all of this stuff and the new generations can't even keep it running!!!

This "upgrade" is terrible. Came into work this morning and this new version is running. I cant find anything. No instructions!!! Whoever came up with this garbage needs to be terminated immediately.

I need to revert back to the system that I have used for 20 years.

Can anyone help with reinstalling the version that actually works???????

I would like to be a fly on the wall in that conference room when the hammer comes down.

I hope they will do a livestream via Microsoft Teams for us to solemnly honor their decisions. Haha.
