Why don't they listen to users?

Dear MS, If you wish to replace an application (developed over 20+ years) then make it functionally equivalent.
Until then don't bother with trying to push the <removed> that is the new Outlook onto people to test.

Absolutely agree! Typical MS. Push something out because developers and marketing think it's what people want. It completely sucks. Might as well switch to Apple. And no, I don't want AI to decide what I want to see or do.
New Outlook may very well be the worst email program of all time, Microsoft, if you are going to force people to use the New Outlook at least make it work as good or better than Mail! I'm not going to waste my time covering all the problems....everyone knows. I'm hoping for a workable replacement but certainly not expecting that Microsoft even cares!
True but ever since Microsoft changed it's model, from selling software toy selling subscriptions to companies., they no longer need to satisfy users, just make happy the decision makers at these companies. Sweet talk, wine & dine and show the company reps a good time to get them to sign on the dotted line. What the majority of the actual users care is irrelevant and they know it thus they are using this chance to force us onto **** we wouldn't other pays for.
New Outlook does not support IMAP. It is ridiculous.
