Using New Outlook on Windows for personal email, calendar, and contact management
Agree 100%. I like the new look (mostly), but it's terrible in functionality. Please leave my old Outlook alone :)

Dear MS, If you wish to replace an application (developed over 20+ years) then make it functionally equivalent.
Until then don't bother with trying to push the <removed> that is the new Outlook onto people to test.

Good to know. I tried the New Outlook about a week ago and only lasted 2 days before I went back to the old version. I uninstalled Outlook new on both of my computers and so far so good. I noticed there is a toggle switch upper right corner. We will see what happens in a few weeks.
The old outlook would just open when I clicked on it. No syncing, no re-signing in every time. It would open in a nice separate window apart from edge browser. It was seamless and easy. This new thing is frustrating. It simply doesn't work, and I do not like it at all. If they are going to force something new, then they should make sure it actually works on the day they force the changes.
I'm sure Microsoft is getting an earful and will have to make some improvements.
