can't opening settings in the "new" Outlook

I tried the new Outlook sind a week. So far it worked with my my 7 email accounts. I also could opening the settings window. But suddently since yesterday when I click on the settings the window is opening but empty. I only see the text "loading..." but nothing happens.

I tried to repair, reset and even uninstall and reinstall it again. Nothing helped. Even though the uninstalled warned me that all data are removed, after installing it again, all acounts were visible again... can I something delete the synced acounts in the cloud?`What can I do to be able to opening the settings again????

    Hi, I'm also having this problem in my web browser outlook. I cannot open the settings - it is just loading. And therefore I cannot turn off my mail forwarding. This is very frustrating.

    I have found a second workaround:

    to delete all email accounts and old informations in the new outlook, I deleted the folder

    C:\Users*username*\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Olk

    After I started the old Outlook once and switched from there to the new one. that way, I got a clean new outlook and could reconnect my accounts again and the settingspage is back too

    That worked for me for 2 days then back to original issue.

    I'm transitioning away from the new Outlook regardless. It lacks way too many features compared to classic Outlook and not worth the issues being experienced.

    Maybe once this bug is fixed there will be more robust functionality on par with the classic Outlook it's supposedly replacing.

    This worked for me too! I did not even have to open the old Outlook, I just deleted that OLK folder and opened the new Outlook again, reconnected my email accounts and now it is working fine and the settings page opens.

    Thanks a lot for that, I was really going insane over that!
