can't opening settings in the "new" Outlook

I tried the new Outlook sind a week. So far it worked with my my 7 email accounts. I also could opening the settings window. But suddently since yesterday when I click on the settings the window is opening but empty. I only see the text "loading..." but nothing happens.

I tried to repair, reset and even uninstall and reinstall it again. Nothing helped. Even though the uninstalled warned me that all data are removed, after installing it again, all acounts were visible again... can I something delete the synced acounts in the cloud?`What can I do to be able to opening the settings again????

    Maybe I have a hint for the problem reason. I have several email accounts in Outlook. 2 exchange accounts and the others are IMAP.

    For one exchange account I have a 2 faktor authentification. When I don't login to this account during Outlook (new) startup, I can't open the settings. Once I logged in this special account and then restart the new outlook and can access the inbox, then the settings page is opening without problems

    I am experiencing the same problem. It's frustrating when settings doesn't open in an Outlook desktop app. I needed to update my signature blocks, so just opened the web version of Outlook and defined them there.

    I have same problem, even reinstalling it is not working for me.... it is desesperate, i'm using my university's corporative email. I have to response emails to students and other teachers and i can't do that cos there is a problem with the email after a license update for everyone in the university, so i need to configurate again but i cant access to configuration in outlook(new). HEELP!
