can't opening settings in the "new" Outlook

I tried the new Outlook sind a week. So far it worked with my my 7 email accounts. I also could opening the settings window. But suddently since yesterday when I click on the settings the window is opening but empty. I only see the text "loading..." but nothing happens.

I tried to repair, reset and even uninstall and reinstall it again. Nothing helped. Even though the uninstalled warned me that all data are removed, after installing it again, all acounts were visible again... can I something delete the synced acounts in the cloud?`What can I do to be able to opening the settings again????

    Try that one

    found a solution.

    Copy that folder as a backup

    "C:\Users\dinle\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Olk\EBWebView\Default\Local Storage\leveldb"

    Delete that folder totaly

    "C:\Users\dinle\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Olk\EBWebView"

    Open one time New Outlook (It will come to setup page never mind close new outlook)

    Go to

    "C:\Users\dinle\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Olk\EBWebView\Default\Local Storage" folder and past your backup folder inside your backup is leveldb folder and past it and rewrite it.

    Than open your New Outlook and you can reach settings and you will not lose any mail or mail setup.

    I cant believe I just read 6 pages of replies and MS still doesnt have a solution.

    Anyway, Im going to try the latest 2 workarounds suggested by our awesome contributors here and hopefully get back to being productive.

    Update - solutions mentioned didnt work for me. Now I have a deleted folder, and when I start outlook I cannot connect ANY MS exchange account. Totally messed up situation.

    This worked for me too! I did not even have to open the old Outlook, I just deleted that OLK folder and opened the new Outlook again, reconnected my email accounts and now it is working fine and the settings page opens.

    Thanks a lot for that, I was really going insane over that!

    I tried the reset, remove the folders, etc... all the suggestions provided. Nothing is working to access Settings... it continues to open a blank window and just shows 'Loading...'.

    This is obviously a break in the New Outlook and needs resolved. It is completely unusable since cannot configure any custom signatures for the accounts.

    Will follow thread for resolve from Microsoft and use Gmail in the interim.

    Please look at my 2 Poste on page 1. For me it worked the first time with adding a new outlook profile. today the problem returned and the only was to clean up the new outlook is to delete the folder I mentioned in my last post a few moments before you wrote yours. After deleting the folder, I opened the old outlook, switched to the new one and reconnected all my accounts again. Now settings is working fine again
