Contacts Missing From "New" Outlook After Upgrade From Windows Mail

My contacts are gone. I upgraded to the "new" outlook a couple months ago and now realize I have no contacts. I tried looking for a CVS file but I found none. I tried reverting back to Outlook 2019 but still no contacts. Please note, I upgraded from Windows Mail. I never used Outlook 2019.

    Thanks for your 2 cents. How do I get back to the pc base outlook.

    I have tried the switch at the top right had corner and it comes back with cant find PST file.

    My 2 cents. I cant be bothered with the new Web Outlook. It's a pain in the !@#. Even the actual Outlook program is a pain to manage contacts. Even to get them to order in a specific fashion you have to research how to do it then hope it works.

    Like everything Microsoft, bloated, underwhelming and in dire need of overhaul.

    I have a question for you. I got a new Dell Laptop.

    Added my AOL account initially and then added a gmail account I have.

    I am using the new outlook.

    I dont seem to have a contact address book for the gmail account available.

    The contacts I have just work with the AOL feed.

    Any thoughts?

    I have no idea what you mean by this reply!!! All I want is my eamail list to be there so I can look over and find who I want to reply or send to!!! Maybe the brightest and best of the compter whizzzs who run your organization should think of some simple plane for us old folks who are not computer whizzes and set it up so it is simple like the last ones\

    An email client with no visible contacts list? Contacts are at the very heart of emails! Never mind a "work in progress", it's an absolute heap of junk - apart from the contacts issue, it's slower to load and over-complicated. Whatever business users might be perceived to need, there are millions of ordinary users who simply do not need an all-singing, all-dancing integrated suite. And to force us to use it, you withdraw support for the old email client.

    Shame on you, Microsoft, for expecting your (forced) "customers" to accept a substandard product.
