I have a recurring email that continues to go to "junk" when I confirm it is "safe." I use Microsoft Outlook

I use a Samsung and in the email app you'd tap the three lines at the top right. this opens up a menu but also at the top you'll see a settings gear... Tap on that. Then once you're in the email setting, there is a "Spam Addresses" option. open that and look for the email address you're having issues with.

Thanks, from one Weber to another. I did that. But my email address does not show in the Spam Addresses. I must be having some other kind of problem.

It's very simple. Here's the solution:

Fire those in charge of Customer Service and those responsible for updating the app. They're useless.

Because of them, the problem has never been resolved. Because of them, we deal with the daily frustration of having legitimate emails go to the junk folder. Because of them, we waste time every single day having to deal with the issue.

They know full well it's a problem, and they've chosen not to deal with it.

    Shame on Microsoft!

This is obviously a bug that Microsoft has yet to address. I have the same problem. I add the sender email to the safe list and it still goes in junk. I add the sender email as a contact and it still goes in junk. So frustrating.

Unbelievable! It acutally worked. Thank you very much! I had no idea my phone was the cause of the problem!
