I have a recurring email that continues to go to "junk" when I confirm it is "safe." I use Microsoft Outlook

In the last week Outlook has started sending virtually all my email to junk. Never happened before. Changed no settings. This makes outlook all but impossible to use. Ive tried the fixes in your April post, which do not work. What's going on? How do I fix this? Do I just change to Google??

Looks like microsoft doesn't really care to fix this issue..... Maybe it's time to switch to Gmail instead because I absolutely don't have this issue with my Gmail account.

It's pretty ridiculous that I have to sort through my junk folder several times every day to ensure super important emails (school, legal, business, family, etc.) aren't missed, and that my inbox is constantly being blown up with junk!

After having my microsoft accounts (Hotmail and Outlook, for personal and business) for ~20yrs, switching would be a significant transition, but if microsoft refuses to actually do something to fix this apparent bug that so many people seem to still have, despite MS recommended "troubleshooting", then it seems like that would be the best and/or only option anyway.

Good to know it's a system error and not my inability to fix it.

It is likely that contact is also on the blocked list. Remove from the blocked list and the mail would stay in inbox

I checked that as well, not on the blocked list. The system also will not let you put your own email on the safe list. I tried that as a fix as well.
