Email keeps going to junk folder even after I say it's safe.

How? Mine has been ongoing for at least a year now. I can't mark my own email as safe but I don't have any rules set for spam or junk email. Would love to know the fix

In my case the problem was not with Outlook. The problem was with my ISP, toastnet. I used my browser to log into the email panel on Toastnet. Once there I went to settings and found that they had been changed to sort emails into my junk folder. I changed the setting back so all emails go to my inbox. When Outlook retrieves emails it goes to the ISP email server and pulls the emails from whichever folder they are in. In other words it copies each folder. But going to the ISP website and making the change worked for me. ALL my emails are in my inbox now.

I too have been with Outlook/Microsoft for over 20 years. The the last 10 years as an insider, in a professional network admin. and consultant manner. I can't fix this problem, either. The only mail that goes to junk, which I don't want to go to junk is from my bank. It started a few months ago and regardless of what I do, it simply goes to junk. I have even "reset" the app, uninstalled, reinstalled, reset junk settings, cleared blacklist and whitelist and rebuilt both lists. Nothing fixes this. It occurs in the Outlook 365 app and web app. I will no longer subscribe to 365 after this, as I have a professional copy of Office 2021, and will just use that until it crumbles to dust. With the disaster that is Windows 11 and "subscribe for life paradigm" that Microsoft is moving to, it is time to bid them farewell. There is a whole other world out there where software just works, isn't bloated, isn't tied to oligarch shareholders, and where the community is the tech support and doesn't copy and paste from a corporate-approved script.

Thank you for the information. I did just try that. Not sure it worked for me, yet. Still getting at least a few safe emails in spam.. I may need to go back and change more settings at GoDaddy, but that was a great suggestion.
