Using New Outlook on Windows for professional communication and productivity
Hi Robin and thanks for the suggestion. I hate it when replies start 'Unfortunately...', but, I have been doing that for weeks and unfortunately, they just bounce back out of the Inbox and into Junk. I even created rules for the various Sender accounts that are randomly targeted by the 'intercept'. I say Random because, as I explained in an earlier post, five emails from the same sender resulted in some staying in Inbox, some going to Junk. The Rules worked but within a minute the affected emails were swept back into Junk. I even have my Junk Email Options set to 'No Automatic Filter' but that has achieved zilch.
My logic still maintains the 'trigger' is within Outlook in the device - if emails in Junk are transferred to Inbox and are then seen as Junk, it 'must' be from an in-device / application trigger. But Logic (like common sense) seems to be in ever shorter supply.
End of mild rant for the day.
