I read just fine. It just so happened I never saw what you are referring to. Thank you for your most sarcastic reply.
I'm not sure if you're mean to reply this to me or to somebody else? This wasn't a reply to your post nor was it intended to make fun of you specifically?
Hi guys
I solved it by changing email addresses, as it turns out Telstra are not supporting bigpond anymore, although for now emails are being forwarded to the new address, I think the new "outlook" is helping life as well. Change, never seems to end to it!
Have a great day
Erika
Switching to a new email seems like an extreme solution.
To the best of my knowledge, while Telstra no longer opens new BigPond emails, it continues to support the product for the time being. (Imagine, an ISP that doesn't even bother to support the most basic of internet services, email - which is where Telstra is headed.)
The solution that seems to have worked for me is to go to my BigPond webmail when the problem email is in the Junk folder in Outlook. Go to the webmail Spam folder, and tag the emails in question as Not Spam.
Hope this helps.
