Same issue here. Safe sender allowed , safe domain allowed and still goes to spam. Junk filtering turned off.
Hi Reynaldo, I am still having this issue, I have turned off all filters for Outlook and it still automatically sends this one email to junk. Any ideas on how to fix this? I am using the old outlook, not really interested in using the new one.

Hello, I am having the same issue with just one email sender. No matter what I do it automatically goes to junk, when I bring it back to my inbox it stays for a minute and then goes right back to junk. frustrating, I have tried everything to accept this customer's email.
