I have a recurring email that continues to go to "junk" when I confirm it is "safe." I use Microsoft Outlook

Having the same problem, Microsoft must have an issue with certain websites, that's the only thing that makes sense if we followed all their suggestions and the emails still go to junk. Outlook is the real junk here.

This has been going on for me for so long, and I find it very frustrating! If I didn't like Outlook so much, I'd use another program. I really find it frustrating as I am a Microsoft 365 subscriber, paying significant dollars for the last few years. I have done all the recommended "fixes" from other posts, such as marking as not junk, adding domain to safe list, etc. and nothing changes. This is obviously a Microsoft issue that has been going on for years, and they don't really care to fix it. Seems to me a fix would be to simply tell the junk filter to pay attention to the allowed sender's list - pretty straight forward, not?

Well, its been a few months since the suggestions from MS plus a lot of more frustrated reports that the junk Filter keeps putting mails to the junk folder even with contact on the whitelist, not on the blacklist and the filter level switched off.

In addition i would like to state that i encounter the same issue on a daily basis multiple times

i have even checked the options on the "international" tab - nothing active there.

Is it possible to get an update for a supscription payment based business software from the manufacturer?

    Thanks in advance

    Thanks Renaldo,

I no longer use that contact. Hopefully others having the same issue can be helped with your suggestions.

I have the same problem on a desktop computer running MS Outlook 2019...email from a trusted source being sent to spam, even though I have tried everything you recommended. Not only that, but when I move the email from spam to inbox, Outlook moves it back to spam. What's going on???
