Microsoft are you going to address this with a real solution for both PC and MAC users??? I'm missing vital information and it is affecting my work at this point. I have had to check junk for months as a normal part of my morning, not only are external senders being sent to junk but internal partners so I'm missing emails during the day! Unacceptable.

There are 6 pages of "same issue" with no solution!!

6 pages of Bull$... about this and no solution. Windows 11 Outlook Microsoft 365 not the new outlook dumb app but actual program. RT Click>Report,>Not Junk Says it'll be added to safe sender and it disappears. They go to the inbox as I've seen. The message disappears and then goes back to the Junk Email folder. MS is terrible.

I CANNOT believe Microsoft will NOT fix this problem!!!!!!!!! Even my VA.GOV emails go into my spam folder even though I have REPEATEDLY instructed Outlook for years to never block this sender. click on Not Junk, click on Never Block Domain, etc.. I receive all my healthcare through the VA and I get health-related emails from the VA that I keep waiting for and finally find them in my Spam folder. That is not right, what will it take to get Microsoft to FIX THIS PROBLEM!!!!???

I use the Outlook app on my Samsung phone and this process does not appear to be the same for that scenario.

I have logged in on a computer, specifically to attempt to search for my email on a junk/spam/blocked list however, it is not there.

I am getting spam in my inbox and very important correspondences (kids' schools (multiple districts, so multiple domains), attorneys (multiple firms, so multiple domains), providers (multiple different systems, including private practice, so multiple domains), personal contacts (multiple domains), etc.) in my junk folder, even responses to this @microsoft community forum chain have been found there during my repeated daily clear out (and I do mean multiple times every single day!).

I have repeatedly missed very important and time sensitive communications, and continue to do so with seemingly no fix, or even acknowledgement from @microsoft in sight.

I am interested to know if there is a domain and/or subscription connection for all of us experiencing this.

My domain is Hotmail, and I do not have a @Microsoft subscription.

I am about to the point of taking on the burden of completely transferring to a non- @microsoft email, which I really don't want to, and absolutely shouldn't have to, do since I have had this email for 20yrs+.

@microsoft where are you on this?

    Your patrons have spoken; repeatedly.

    Do better @microsoft

you will have received at least 6 mention notifications from this response alone.
