I have a recurring email that continues to go to "junk" when I confirm it is "safe." I use Microsoft Outlook

Same problem, two of my regular correspondents now go to junk. Both are on my safe senders list and I have to filtering set to "none". This needs to be fixed.

This wasn't at all helpful. I'm using the "new" Outlook for windows and can't find any tabs or dropdowns that relate to junk emails.

I know this old, but this was exactly the issue for one of my users. Thanks for posting!

Sorry that I can't help. I use Linux and Thunderbird and my problem seemed to self correct. I use a few MS apps and hotmail since the 90's and I find very little help with problems from MS even though I do pay for some apps. Good luck with correcting your problem.

Is there really no solution to this problem? I use Office 365 and the desktop version of Outlook as well as the web based outlook.com with my free Microsoft @live.se account/address. All mail from one specific sender always goes to Trash even though it's in the safe list and the trash filter is set to "none".

I really need to make this work. What can I do? Doesn't Microsoft have any support on their own products/services?
