I use a Samsung and in the email app you'd tap the three lines at the top right. this opens up a menu but also at the top you'll see a settings gear... Tap on that. Then once you're in the email setting, there is a "Spam Addresses" option. open that and look for the email address you're having issues with.

Unbelievable! It acutally worked. Thank you very much! I had no idea my phone was the cause of the problem!

This is obviously a bug that Microsoft has yet to address. I have the same problem. I add the sender email to the safe list and it still goes in junk. I add the sender email as a contact and it still goes in junk. So frustrating.

Hi all, this same problem is for me as well and it's getting really frustrating, important system admin messages get into junk and I'm getting problems out of it. Is there any way to elevate this issue to someone in MS who actually would consider responding?

    Not really.

I have been adding all of the emails that are getting blocked to my Outlook Contacts. I am hoping that might work. I talked to someone the other day that had the same issue and they found no solution. I can't understand how pushing "not junk," "do not block sender," etc. does not work. I am not sure adding everyone to my contacts will work, but it is the last thing I can think of.

    Good Luck!!!

It seems like I've joined the club. I've done those steps you mentioned, tried rebooting my system (many times). And my bcc'd email to myself always end up in my junk/spam folders. I have a couple different email accounts no matter which account I've sent my bcc'd email to, it goes to junk/spam.

To explain further... I have my own domains. So when bcc'ing from my domain #1 to myself at domain #1 it goes to junk/spam. When simply emailing from domain #1 to my other domain #2 it also goes to the spam/junk folder.

    It's very frustrating.

    Any fixes yet?
