Hello,
I am having the same exact issue. I have tried absolutely everything to try and get legit emails to stop going into the junk folder. I have turned off junk mail filtering and it still does not work. I have added all of the emails to my trusted emails. I have clicked on "Not Junk", Send to Inbox, etc.
Absolutely nothing works. I am missing important emails from my bank, my cpa and from my clients. I try to look at the trash folder daily, but it is very easy to forget.
Please help!
Thank you,
Bernadette
I have this same issue and I tried all recommended solutions including clicking on "It's not Junk", but the system keeps sending it back to junk. We had our power cut off as I missed the e-bill and missed important legal documents. Both from senders I had received normally for years prior.
Please let us know when you fix this issue cause this is important for many!!!!
Hello, I was able to get one of the client's email to get through without being sent to Junk, If you are using the connection to your phone for Outlook try to change the preferences in the phone Outlook, It did work for one of my clients.
Hello Bob Miller4
Thank you for posting in the Microsoft Community Forums.
I understand that you're experiencing this issue with your email going to the junk folder even after marking it as safe. This can be frustrating, but I'm here to help you resolve this issue.
The cause of this problem could be due to the Junk Email Filter settings in Outlook. The Junk Email Filter is designed to help protect your inbox from spam and phishing emails, but sometimes it can be too aggressive and mark legitimate emails as junk.
Before we go any further, I would like to ask a few questions to better understand the problem;
To resolve this issue, I would recommend checking your Junk Email Filter settings in Outlook. Here's how you can do it:
If the above steps don't work, you can also try disabling the Junk Email Filter temporarily to see if it resolves the issue. Here's how you can do it:
Please note that disabling the Junk Email Filter can leave your inbox vulnerable to spam and phishing emails, so it's important to re-enable it once you've resolved the issue.
I hope this helps you resolve the issue with your email going to the junk folder. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to ask.
Sincerely,
