No spellcheck in new outlook Editor greyed out

I cannot spellcheck in the new outlook 20231215008.08 . The editor is greyed out in the edit options. I have edge as my default browser and the MS editor ext in edge. Keep in mind I am talking about the New Outlook APP, but I am unsure if it feeds off od edge settings for the app.

    I have the same problem. I had to revert to the original Outlook.

    In New Outlook, Navigate to Settings > General > Privacy and Data > Privacy Settings.

    Enable Turn on experiences that analyze your content.

    This worked for me as well, I had tried all the other steps, this is the only thing that worked. Very surprised Microsoft support is not in tune with this solution
