Looking for "all mailboxes" in new outlook interface

I have started using the new Outlook desktop interface. In the older version I was able to enter this search term: Folder:inbox and select all mailboxes and it would display all my inboxes from different email accounts. I cannot find the equivalent in the new interface. Does it exist? How can I look at the inbox of all my accounts without having to do them one at a time?

    Wow. ALMOST got me to switch to the new Outlook. Didn't find any blockers in the first couple of days of usage. However, now I'm back to the old interface.
    Why? Got three email accounts in use and can't live without cross-inbox search. Can't be that hard to run parallel searches.

    • Don't get hung up on unified relevance questions. Just return three sets of results in a view with three collapsible sections and hit highlighting.
    • Don't get hung up on unified inbox questions. I don't need my mail all in one inbox. I'm just not ever going to repeat every search three times.

    For your concerned issue regarding "All Mailboxes" option in New Outlook, unfortunately it is unavailable in New Outlook. It is a by-design behavior. We'd suggest you to toggle off the "Try the new Outlook" button in New Outlook and swith to the classic Outlook as the New Outlook is a beta version and it is basically a web-based application. The look and feel come close to the Outlook Online version some features are still missing.

    Why would you take away functionality as important as this in the new version of Outlook?

    This doesn't make any sense. I'm trying to use the New Outlook even with its glitches, but the decision to eliminate the "all mailboxes" search functionality makes absolutely no sense to me. This is something I use daily and is essential to the work I do. And your response to the inquiry is to "switch to the classic version?" That's the best you have?

    Microsoft AS ALWAYS focuses on the WRONG priorities... Simple features such as ALL INBOXES or adding shared mailboxes in favourites is too much to ask ...

    I agree. They actually have this functionality on the outlook for mac and have had it for at least 2 years. Weird how Windows doesn't have this feature.
