We just switched to the new Outlook and now it will not automatically capitalize like the older version would. Is there any way to turn this back on?

There is no advice on how to stop this. Outlook from what I've been learning
purposely did this! It's not a proper use of grammatical skills. A new row/line
doesn't mean a new sentence.

i found the way and omg im so happy. i wasted too many hours of my life on this stupid problem.
open a new email > click options from the top bar > click editor
and you have the setting there to toggle off.

The "based on feedback" thing is complete garbage. Their programmers just don't understand how regular people use computers in everyday life. There is only one group of people in the English-writing/speaking world who would be opposed to the option to autocapitalize the beginnings of sentences"--grammar teachers.
Maybe some people don't use it.
Maybe some people could go without it.
But nobody else would be opposed to the option to have autocaps.
Idiocy.
