How can I turn on auto capitalization in the new Outlook?

We just switched to the new Outlook and now it will not automatically capitalize like the older version would. Is there any way to turn this back on?

    HOW IS THIS SOMTHING THAT WAS REQUESTED BY THE CLIENT? WHY WOULD WE VOLUNTARILY WANT TO LOOK INCOMPETENT? THAT MAKES NO SENSE AND JUST CANNOT BE TRUE.

    having to manually do this annoying. should be automatic like previous versions.

    if you type something and press the space bar instead of return it will capitalize the first letter of the word. does that sort the issue?
