How can I turn on auto capitalization in the new Outlook?

We just switched to the new Outlook and now it will not automatically capitalize like the older version would. Is there any way to turn this back on?

There is only one group of people in the English-writing/speaking world who would be opposed to the option to autocapitalize the beginnings of sentences"--grammar teachers.
Maybe some people don't use it.
Maybe some people could go without it.
But nobody else would be opposed to the option to have autocaps.
