We just switched to the new Outlook and now it will not automatically capitalize like the older version would. Is there any way to turn this back on?

They just don't get it. Especially for those of us that use it at our work. We need the full functionality of it in order to be productive but my guess is that Microsoft doesn't care about that. They just want to make money off their sub par services.
And in the latest update yesterday they still have NOT fixed the issue, it beggars belief that they just go backwards sometimes !!
I concur - it is absolutely ridiculous. I have wasted hours trying to reinstate Auto-Capitlise, and the Change Case functions on my Mac...both have been deleted.
What a joke - the tech war between Mac and Microsoft seems to think the collateral damage of making life hard for their customers is a good thing and worth it..
Wouldn't last a week in client/customer service industries....oh to be a billionare and not care about your customers!
I couldn't agree more. The new outlook is so much harder to use and is no where as user friendly as the old outlook. It seems like we've done nothing but go backwards in time and it just does not work for my busy office. Nobody wants to use it all.
My 'Editor' button is always greyed out, I cant see the 'gear' button described here ??
