How can I open an attachment without downloading it on new Outlook?

Before I switched to new outlook, I was able to double click on attachments and they would open to their specific apps. Ex. If it was a PDF it would open with Acrobat; If it was a word doc, it would open with word. Now I have to click the download button and it default saves to my downloads folder instead of being put where I want it in the beginning. I also can't drag attachments from an email to the specific folder I want to save it to on my desktop. I have to download and then move it from my downloads folder.

I know it's probably just a new process I'll have to get used to, but hey maybe someone knows a hack!

Thank you in advance :)

This basic expected functionality to be able to click on an attachment and have it open in the appropriate application (Word, Excell, ect.). Its a wonder how it got screwed up the "New" Sucky Outlook. When will it be fixed?
