Before I switched to new outlook, I was able to double click on attachments and they would open to their specific apps. Ex. If it was a PDF it would open with Acrobat; If it was a word doc, it would open with word. Now I have to click the download button and it default saves to my downloads folder instead of being put where I want it in the beginning. I also can't drag attachments from an email to the specific folder I want to save it to on my desktop. I have to download and then move it from my downloads folder.
I know it's probably just a new process I'll have to get used to, but hey maybe someone knows a hack!
Thank you in advance :)

Hi do you work for Microsoft?
I don’t have an IT department? I’ve got a home Mac
Hi I like a billion others don't have this option. There is NO toggle switch and my screen when I access my subscriptions doesn't show what yours does?!
Hi there, Nicola.
That is truly unfortunate.
One thing you can do is contact your IT dept. When they pushed through the update, they had the option to "HIDE" the toggle button. Perhaps if you advise them of the solution, they will unhide it for you.

Hi I along with hundreds of others don't have that button or option to click toggle?! Genuinely have no idea where this is meant to be accessed as its neither in my Microsoft account under subscription details or on my hotmail/outlook
