Using New Outlook on Windows for professional communication and productivity
Hi, I have been waiting for 10 hours for the code and nothing comes up, I also try to get the codes on my phone as I tried to opt in for the passkey and back up codes and nothing comes out, I already reset my pc and it's still asking me the for the code. Problem started when I made a BIOS update then it said :"Your pin is no longer available due to a change to the security settings on this device. Click to set up your pin again" I put my password then it asked me to verify my identity by typing my email address and then it said the code was sent, as I said I waited for ten hours then I try to set the passkey but it says on my phone that there is no passkey, so I tried to opt in for a passkey and it still asking me to log in and do the same steps in my phone as it did in my pc but the code even requested from my phone, the one I'm writing from and has access to the account as I'm currently writing from, it's not being delivered, I can't wait for 30 days to gain access to my WORKING pc, just because Microsoft can't send a code to Google (Gmail) and to be honest I am quite angry as I tried to contact support by any means and all I get it's people trying to charge me for the help, sponsor ads assimilating Microsoft and asking for sensitive information. The one time I contacted chat support they told me to erased my pc content (4 terabytes of data) and pretend like it is nothing. Fix your shtty costumer service, your shtty security measurements pls and for the love of God give me my fking number so I could keep feeding myself. Being awake since 1:39 am, currently 15:36 and no way to reach the ignorants (person who does not know) at support.
