For New Outlook, I can't drag and drop attachment.

Hello MS-Team,

I Installed a new outlook for the user by clicking on "try new outlook feature", and after installing the new outlook she could not use drag and drop feature and she does not want to download all of the content because she works with a large number of invoices and reports.

The issues at hand are:

Can’t drag and drop attachments from an email to a folder.

Can’t drag and drop emails to folder to save them in the SharePoint.

    Thanks for you advice Robert. I find it incredulous that they created a new product with less features than the old one and do nothing to fix it in over 4 months.

    Anyway, I found a better solution. I went back to the old outlook and am very happy.

    Hi Wayne,

    I took it into consideration - going back to the old Outlook. Nevertheless some of new function of new Outlook are very nice. That's why now I'am confused.

    Let's hope that our claims will be heard.

    Hi have the same issue,

    it seems you can drag and drop amongst Microsoft programs .... Outlook to File Explorer, to Desktop and to other emails.

    but wont go to other programs such as Smartsheet or Chrome which old version had no issue with.

    I raised this with the IT department at my company and they said this was a "feature". That's one way to go back 40 years!

    Please Bill, tell your team what one of the main features of the Windows Operating system is!
