For New Outlook, I can't drag and drop attachment.

Hello MS-Team,

I Installed a new outlook for the user by clicking on "try new outlook feature", and after installing the new outlook she could not use drag and drop feature and she does not want to download all of the content because she works with a large number of invoices and reports.

The issues at hand are:

Can’t drag and drop attachments from an email to a folder.

Can’t drag and drop emails to folder to save them in the SharePoint.

    i have production version 1.2024.814.200 but it doesnt work for me.

    When will this be fixed. I note that this has been reported as a problem way back in March. I just set up a new computer and have spent ages trying to find a way to fix this. For gods sake, Microsoft, surely you can fix this now. Drag and Drop is standard everywhere and saves an enormous amout of time. Please get it done. Thanks.

    Drag'n'dropping emails into a file folder still not working as of 7/2/2024, 4 months after this post. It does work with attachments now, though. Sad that a new version gets released and it's a downgrade... instead of removing helpful features, maybe fix your infamously bad search function. And gotta love the solution is "go back to our old product until we get this fixed in 100 business days." How about MS doesn't release an unfinished update and actually improves their product?

    It works now!

    Today I can drag'n'drop attachment from an email to file explorer. I'm on Microsoft Outlook Version 1.2024.605.100 (Production).
