We have one user whose email attachments always show in the body of her emails rather than as attachments. We have already confirmed that her default format is HTML. I have watched her process for attaching them and it is exactly as I do them and mine always show as attachments. Please advise. *I have since learned that this was a changed instituted by Microsoft and now all links show up in the body of the email rather than as an attachment. Not a glitch; just a bad update.

Everyone in our organization also dislikes this feature and I also request Microsoft to change the setting so that the attachment icon still shows in the email folders.
This is absurd, why does MS not want people to see attachments. When sending images of high quality, it doesn't show up as an attachment, but rather in the body of the message, which defeats the purpose of sending a large file in the first place. (IF you want to print it out). I second this request!!!!

Open a new mail -> Format Text -> switch select "Aa HTML" instead of "Aa Rich Text"
Thanks...this did the trick from me. Never had to do this until now. In case anyone wants to know, this format section you show in the image to change to HTML, is located on the "Format Text" tab.
For me, this tab only appears when I "pop out" on a reply to an email. The "Pop Out" is found in the upper right of the email I am working on. It has a square icon with an arrow originating from the middle and going to the upper right.
