How to TURN OFF auto start of OUTLOOK (NEW) on computer?

When Outlook (new) updated it decided that upon turning on and signing in to my computer, that it would open. I cannot for the life of me find the setting to turn this off. APPS SHOULD NOT OPEN UNLESS I CLICK THE ICON.

    I used Greynomad's suggestion (repair) and so far, fingers crossed, I haven't had the problem of outlook automatically starting.

    well... um ... is that what we call a band-aid solution? I suppose if it works . . .

    outlook not in startup tab. this does NOT work

    My prior suggestion worked for a couple of weeks only. (Apps & Features -> .. -> .. "repair")

    Yes for me only a day or two. Now 'porting' over to use yahoo. I have had enough.
