When Outlook (new) updated it decided that upon turning on and signing in to my computer, that it would open. I cannot for the life of me find the setting to turn this off. APPS SHOULD NOT OPEN UNLESS I CLICK THE ICON.

2024-07-27T17:29:57+00:00 Outlook is not listed in the Startup tab on the Task Manager. It is EXTREMELY annoying to have Outlook start when I am doing something else!
