Hello - I am trying to get Outlook 'new' to stop scrolling down or snapping to the correct time of the day. It moves the whole view of the week down so that by the afternoon I cannot check what appointments there are the next morning without having to scroll up wards each time. It happens every time I return to this week's calendar after checking future weeks.
I have tried to adjust my 'working times' - that doesn't help.
Only way I can get a reasonable work around is to change the timescale to 60 mins, but that's not a great solution as it leaves everything veeery small and then I have early morning hours e.g. 2am on view constantly, which are not core office hours!!
Could anyone help me find a way around this?? Thanks!

I have this same problem and it is absolutely unworkable. The calendar auto scrolls to a view starting from 12 am, cutting off over half my day. When I scroll to see my whole work day, it just auto scrolls right back a few seconds later and anytime I hover over the month/date selector.
Reverting back to old outlook.
Thanks for sharing the workaround tip, George Walker2! I agree, the 60-min view isn't ideal to view meeting durations easily, but at least the scrolling stops since it's a condensed view. Great find!
I think I found a potential fix here, albeit not a great one.
If you click on the top left "square" on the calendar next to Sunday (I use Week view) it says "Time zones" and "Time scale".
I changed my time scale to 15 minutes. So now my 30 minute meetings look like 60 minute meetings which is a tad annoying, but the scrolling up issue has not happened for me since the change about an hour ago (used to happen multiple times a minute). Hoping the issue doesn't pop up again and I guess I'll get used to the new view. Frustrating that it's such a small easy bug that still hasn't been fixed.
What is also EXTREMELY annoying that sometimes when I move my mouse up or site ways it moves my calendar weekview down.
And.... my working day Just doesn't fit totally in the weekview (I can see from 10 pm to 6) , but the option to zoom is no longer there. Doesn't help with productivity if every meeting of the week before 10 o'clock is not visible.
Unfortunately, I already had my work hours set correctly, and the problem was still happening. I did not have work hours set for Saturday and Sunday (since I don't work those days!) but I went ahead and added "fake" work hours for those days. We'll see if it solves the problem.
This is one of those absurdly frustrating things that makes me think, "**** - they're a multi-billion dollar company - don't they even try using this software before they release it?!?!?!" Then I calm down and remember that it's just a bunch of human beings in a big building somewhere doing their best.
Like other people have said, I may switch back to "old" Outlook until (if and when) I'm forced to use the new one.
