The New Outlook does not appear to have Field Chooser to customize Outlook Folders

I find it astonishing that in a MS forum, the one party that does not feel it useful to respond is MS itself. There is nothing on the product pages to explain the loss in functionality or the rationale to do this? MS use to be associated with grown up enterprise but it seems to have joined the "google" way to doing stuff. Minimum functionality for the same or more money. I think I will hang on to my old Outlook binaries and stop upgrading as long as I can. The new system is unusable.

I completely agree with you. The company I work for have brought it in and it will be mandatory to use this version of Outlook.. No having Field Chooser is ridiculous and has made it harder to work with. How can Microsoft no add this. I hope they update it so we have this function.

On top of this I add another problem. In the old version, we do not have CoPilt possibilities. Only in the new outlook. I even do not want to think about the persons @ Microsoft, who delevoped the new outlook. Hopefully with an update it will get solved.

Field Chooser is a critical feature that helps users to be more efficient and effective. Hard to imagine this got dumped in New Outlook. Please bring it back!

So True! My computer guy said just go back to the original version, which I did.

I can't even do that, because the old version isn't installed on my current laptop (and I don't have admin access at the moment to install it, even if I could figure out how.)
