The New Outlook does not appear to have Field Chooser to customize Outlook Folders

I need to know how to add columns to my Outlook Folders. Those settings did not migrate to the new Outlook. There is no option to change columns with the Field Chooser. Very frustrating. Please help!!

    Unbelievable that Outlook would remove the ability to sort emails the best way the USER wants to see it - just got a new notebook PC and can't stand using the email now- wow get this fixed.....

    The "To" field is very important - it tells me whether the email was addressed to me specifically, or to a group of recipients, or to someone else with me being copied in only. It is crucial for quick prioritisation.

    Wow,

    Seems like many staples of Outlook that provided value have vanished. Usually indicating a poor management decision.

    Where can I choose which fields to view in my email inbox. My job requires me to review thousands of emails in response to public records requests and I cannot do my job efficiently without the ability to sort by sent date, received date, the 'to', 'from' and 'cc' fields.

    Please tell me where I can find this. Otherwise, I cannot use the new Outlook for my job.
