I need to know how to add columns to my Outlook Folders. Those settings did not migrate to the new Outlook. There is no option to change columns with the Field Chooser. Very frustrating. Please help!!

Respectfully, that's not the issue--I assume most folks here (like me) have a license for Outlook and are still using Classic Outlook, but want the "New Outlook" to have this feature.
You are correct. It irritates me extremely. I use cathegories, because emails tend to have various topics in it. When you have a folder structure, yes then were you are going to put the email???
Seems that a folder structure actually slows outlook. Categories are the solution.
Without field option, we are actually going back to the stone age.
I find the lack of Field Chooser extremely inconvenient.
I found the response above unhelpful in the extreme. It is very long, and as far as I can tell offers no help at all on how to add field to the mail display.
As other have noted, please remedy this. The ability to see user-chosen the fields and sort by them is critical.
Field chooser is imperative and stops the use of new outlook as have to be able to see the To, and in folder for searches, I also do not like having to use a drop down to sort by a specific feature and must know size of an email as well as some of my clients cannot receive large emails so is essential for forwarding etc.
Why have a platform that is less useful and stops people working - this is a significant issue
