1. Launch Outlook on your desktop.
2. Click on the File menu.
3. Select Options near the bottom left.
4. Under Compose messages, tick the checkbox for Enable Microsoft 365 Copilot.
5. If you can’t find the option directly, click the Editor Options button.
6. In the Proofing tab, tick the checkbox for Use Copilot to help me write better emails.
7. Save the changes.

Remember that sometimes changes may not reflect immediately, so consider restarting your computer if needed. You can also enable Copilot in Outlook on mobile and Mac using similar steps.

If you’re still having trouble, you can try contacting Get support - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn the support team will have access to assist remotely and collect logs to investigate the issue from the back end.

I have Copilot Pro and am trying to connect it to my Outlook. I have gone through your steps, and I am not seeing the check-box under Proofing or under Compose Messages.
