Hello,
Can you please give simple & short steps for how to change my MOBILE APP Outlook font back to calibri? I don't want the new aptos on my phone. FYI, I've already changed everything on my desktop, but aptos persists on the mobile app/phone.

I'm absolutely shocked that this issue hasn't been resolved, especially since it has been almost a year! I really dislike aptos font in my Outlook app. I've noticed that many others have reported the same issue, yet nothing has changed. This reflects poorly on Microsoft 365's customer service.
Agree 100%. Have tons of business templates in Calibri, and now our phones default to Aptos. There should be an option to modify phone fonts.
I had to create a new signature within my desktop app following the instructions given by Robert Quirk1 by going to File > Options > Mail > Create or modify signatures to messages.
Then create a new signature (I named mine Hi for simplicity sake).
Write Hi then hit return a couple of times and write however you want to end the message - make sure its in the font and size you desire.
Click save.
Under 'Choose default signature', select this newly created signature (Hi) for your new messages and replies/forwards.
Click OK.
Now go to the mobile app and go to Settings.
Select Email signature and check that it's selected to 'Use my signature from Outlook on the web'
Then close the app.
Reopen app. Now hopefully it should work. Create a new message, start writing after Hi.
After composing your message you can delete the extra lines before the Hi.
I'm using the Android app and this signature workaround only worked after I created the signature on the desktop app.
I don't have an option for "Use my signature from Outlook on the web" in my mobile. Neither before or after I just updated to version 4.2506.1 (42506815).
In settings under Quick Settings is "Signatures" and this only allows me to type in the signature, nothing else.
I also copied and pasted an email sent in desktop with Calibri as my signature in Outlook Mobile. I use that signature in mobile and when I check in desktop I can see the font was converted to Aptos.
