Hello,
Can you please give simple & short steps for how to change my MOBILE APP Outlook font back to calibri? I don't want the new aptos on my phone. FYI, I've already changed everything on my desktop, but aptos persists on the mobile app/phone.

Adding my opinion that no option to change font options in the app is a ridiculous design choice, which means that I can no longer use the Outlook app for work emails. Quite shocked when I found this post and answer! Horrible decision, IMO.
Just send an email from a computer with a signature block with a dear/ hi in the correct font, copy it into your mobile signature block and type after that. Easy.

That sort of works. I was able to save "Hello," as calibri, but it defaults to 12.5 size. We use 11 size font at our office for our branding. The "body" text size is the smallest offered. It looks like a toddler sent the email.

I'm having the same question - has anyone received an update yet? When can we expect to have Calibri back on mobile app? Mine is still in the horrible Aptos and I want to get the Calibri back. Anyone knows when & how?
