How to change my mobile Outlook font back to calibri?

It is kind of you to reply. I am only adding a comment in case Microsoft is monitoring for feedback. It's insane in the year 2025 to not be able to change the font in an email in the mobile app. Every free email service offers that option, but I can't do it with our enterprise account through work? I look like a crazy person if I'm traveling and replying on my phone as the only person using a different font (and one that looks like it was chosen by a child or a robot).

Microsoft needs to change the font on the Outlook app back to Calibri or allow user to pick what fonts/size they prefer to use. Aptos is a horrible font that looks unprofessional and dated. This is a massive issue that should be addressed and fixed asap. You are giving GMail and other competitors a nice competitive advantage and will likely lose business over this "minor" decision.

@Microsoft some companies, like mine, operate using a standard font (Calibri) in our external correspondence and have been for years. We don't want to change, especially not to Aptos which is a less appealing, less professional-looking font. In parallel, I have been trying to enforce Outlook Mobile over Apple Mail to all users for over year now due to its enhanced features and security benefits. However, this enforced change to Aptos completely undermines our efforts to succeed as replies to clients (via Outlook mobile) no longer comply with our company standard. Now I have to halt our rollout and in some cases roll back. This is completely infuriating and unacceptable. You cannot make changes like this without thinking through the impact it can have to your customers. At the very least, you have to include the ability to reply to a message using the font in which it was delivered. Please implement this immediately.

I am utterly gobsmacked by how absolutely terrible EVERY SINGLE THING Microsoft has done in the last year is. Nothing works anymore. AI smushed into everything and difficult to turn off. Now we have an absolutely awful looking font that is unchangeable?! why? spend less time cramming AI no one wants or needs into products and more time making products that work! It's literally a five step process to check my email now (used to be just 1, open the app) - it's to the point where it isn't even useful anymore I can walk home and open up my desktop to check an email faster than I can authenticate, password, authenticate, code, authenticate, re-add my email to the app, authenticate, password, authenticate authenticate. it's awful

Microsoft recently rolled out Aptos to my organization. I was shocked to see this font, and I am not even a "font person". It is incredibly off-putting. All I ask for is the ability to opt-out in all applications - especially Outlook desktop and mobile.
