Hello,
Can you please give simple & short steps for how to change my MOBILE APP Outlook font back to calibri? I don't want the new aptos on my phone. FYI, I've already changed everything on my desktop, but aptos persists on the mobile app/phone.

That's unfortunate and disappointing. I hope that Microsoft changes this in the future and that many more consumers bring this up as an issue that needs to be fixed asap.

This is extremely disappointing on the part of Microsoft. ALL the templates we have built, auto text, quick parts, everything is in Calibri 12 pt, which is the standard font for our team. Now, anything we do with mobile devices looks different, despite working for 18 years to create consistency in our process and work product.
Completely agree! So frustrating! The app uses large Aptos which doesn't look professional. We want to maintain our branding and this means we can't email unless we're at a computer.
Seriously? Who wants a size 12 unknown font forced on them in their Outlook mobile app? Very strange.
Very disappointing. We are paying for this service and we don't get to decide what our app's font theme looks like. Waiting for a viable alternative to switch away from Microsoft 365.
