I often have to send alot of the same email, but slightly different variations. In the old outlook, I would go to my Drafts and CTRL + C and then CTRL + V to make multiple copies of the same draft email.
I am not able to do this in the New Outlook 365. Is there a workaround or new way to do this?

I noticed the resend option is there now, not the same as control+f but better than the forward workaround.
I can't forward a draft email - the message forwarding option is greyed out on the right click action.
Good day. I have multiple draft emails set up that I send on a daily basis. I used to be able to create a copy simply & quickly (Ctrl-C and Ctrl-V), then edit the new copy with a new daily file & send. Simple!
Why on earth has this ability been removed? Forwarding the email & then having to copy & paste huge distribution lists is NOT good for productivity. Why on earth was a simple function removed?
Please reinstate the ability to copy & paste messages as soon as possible for all users!
For those of you suffering, like me, from Microsoft's short-sighted decision to remove the Ctrl-F option to duplicate a draft email, I found this workaround that may help in the short term.
With an email draft in my 'Drafts' folder I can use the 'Move' option to 'Copy to a New Folder' and choose the 'Drafts' folder which will create a duplicate copy of the draft email. There are directions at "3 Ways to Duplicate Emails in Outlook" from insidetheweb (I'm unable to post a link).
Not as streamlined as it should be, but better than the Copy/Paste or Forward options, IMHO.
Ctrl-F was never an option for me as it doesn't copy the To and CC contents, just the contents of the email. I've been given a workaround to revert to the previous version of Outlook. I don't know if this will work for everyone, but it worked on my company laptop. Posting here in case anyone's setup is the same ...
