How do I make a copy of the same draft email the new Outlook?

As an individual that has to use Outlook for business purposes within an industry that is NOT office focused, forcing these inaccurate and backwards work arounds for something that used to be a simple copy-paste is 100% USELESS.

Not only is this tactic extremely inefficient, it forces otherwise mobile users to resort to desktop usage just to be able to do something as simple as repeat form emails for mass responses and reporting.

Forwarding is NOT duplicating, it is NOT copying, it doesn't carry over recipient emails, and overall turns what should be a simple, straight forward, basic task into an HOUR LONG endeavor just to get the job done right.
If the program doesn't work as needed by its consumer base, it is a BAD PRODUCT and needs to go back to the drawing board until it actually functions like the tool it's supposed to be.

Seriously, the fact that I ended up having to do something like ten different internet searches and still not be able to get the end product I need for my job is infuriating to a degree that verges on homicidal.

FIX IT.

Hi - Just adding my support for bring back the control + F function to duplicate emails. It's such a miss in the new outlook. Once this is updated, could we please notified?

Yeah, Microsoft, some offense intended, but you're abusing your monopoly on business office software to make your own product unusable. I'm genuinely changing industries and leaving my job to avoid your product. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are all equally compromised. 2/10 stars.

I agree with all of the other replies, I will not be upgrading to the new outlook until I can easily duplicate a draft email.
